Brown calls on Labour to dream big dreams

In his keynote speech at the Labour Party Conference in the southern English seaside resort of Brighton, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown called on his supporters to "Dream big dreams, and watch our country soar!". But the European press is sceptical about the chances of Brown and his ailing party in the next general elections.
